WHAT IS TAO SAN FIT-BOXING
Our Fit-Boxing classes combine Kickboxing, martial arts and aerobic conditioning for a full body, cardiovascular workout that will challenge your body, boost metabolism, build muscle and improve strength and stamina. Our instructors will show you proper techniques on heavy bags to help you increase hand-eye coordination, learn how to gauge distance and effectively land punches and kicks on a target.
Fit-Boxing/Circuits combines the strength building and cardiovascular conditioning of Kickboxing with resistance and high interval training for a powerfully effective program designed to sculpt and tone the entire body. These dynamic workouts give you faster results with no plateaus. Each workout is new and different so your body is constantly challenged.
Get lean, toned and fit fast with Kickboxing/ Endurance Weight Training. This complete workout targets strength building and muscular endurance for a killer workout that will challenge your body to a new level.
Kickboxing/Pilates incorporates the same high intensity workout of Fit-Boxing with the core strengthening and flexibility of Pilates. Fit-Boxing/Pilates is designed to challenge every muscle with an emphasis on body sculpting, resistance training, core stability, flexibility and coordination.
Kickboxing with Power Yoga is not your typical yoga class. This high energy class focuses on building muscle, improving flexibility, shaping and toning your entire body. You'll leave feeling stronger, leaner and more flexible.
FIT-BOXING IS APPROPRIATE FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS AND NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY
Free "Fit-Boxing how to" instruction is available. Boxing gloves, hand wraps and non-scuff athletic shoes are required. Gloves and wraps are available for purchase. We also have a limited number of loaner gloves for temporary use. Check out our FAQs page for more information.
